KYKY Technology Development Ltd. (KYKY for short), founded on Dec.28, 2000 and located in the center of Haidian Park, Zhongguancun with land area of 40mu (1mu=666.7sq.m), is a comprehensive hi-tech enterprise specializing in research, development, manufacture, and operation of scientific instruments, vacuum equipment.

The company was originally known as the Beijing R&D center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS), which was founded in 1958. During those ten years’ development, relying on powerful comprehensive strength, the company gained plenty of scientific research achievements in electron optics, ion optics, and technical engineering of vacuum physics, etc, and was awarded by the government, CAS, and relative departments.
